ASA Payments
Thanks to the payment systems fully integrated into ASA HOTEL, credit card data is securely stored; pre-authorizations and electronic payments can be processed directly within ASA HOTEL, and amounts are transferred directly to the POS terminal. All transactions are stored in the hotel software and can therefore be tracked at any time, including the electronic signature. This means it is no longer necessary to physically retain a signed payment receipt, as it is stored directly in ASA HOTEL’s Document Management System along with the guest’s electronic signature.

Enhanced Security and Transparency
- Secure storage of credit cards as tokens
- The automated tokenization of credit card data ensures enhanced security.
- To ensure transparency, all transactions are stored in ASA HOTEL, either at the POS terminal or via the payment widget.
- Each electronic payment is assigned to a settlement account. This makes it clear which payments belong to which account.
In addition, online payments can now be automatically imported into ASA HOTEL. A billing account containing the payment details is automatically created and assigned to the reservation.

Error Minimization

- Receipts are signed electronically by the guest. These receipts are automatically saved in the ASA Document Management System and can be reprinted at any time.

- Sign the payment receipt on a tablet and almost complete checkout.
- If a receipt needs to be signed, the guest can sign it on the tablet.
- When making an online deposit, the guest can choose whether to use the credit card for recurring payments as well. On the day of departure, payment can be processed directly through ASA HOTEL without the guest having to present their card at the front desk.
