ASA HOTEL a modern, web-based hotel software that makes everyday work in accommodation businesses much easier and reduces the workload for employees – from reservation overviews and data and guest management to pre-check-in on any device. A key "coming soon" feature is the new communication manager, which bundles all interactions with guests in one place—from the initial inquiry to pre-check-in and check-out. Automated, status-dependent processes ensure that every reservation is handled efficiently. Guest care is made even more personalized with automated emails for pre- and post-communication as well as personal occasions such as birthdays. The management of billing accounts has been restructured thanks to the account wizard and is now particularly clear and intuitive.

About Internorga 2026
INTERNORGA is one of the most important trade fairs for the catering, hotel, bakery, confectionery, and entire out-of-home market. It takes place every year in March in Hamburg and brings together experts from many countries to learn about new ideas, products, and trends in the hospitality industry.
At the 2025 edition, around 1,200 exhibitors presented their innovations and solutions in 11 exhibition halls. A total of around 85,000 trade visitors attended the fair to gather information, make contacts, and take away new ideas for their businesses. In addition to the exhibition, INTERNORGA also offers an extensive program of specialist presentations, competitions such as the Next Chef Award and the German Gastro Founder Award, as well as networking areas that invite visitors to exchange ideas and find inspiration.
