About 200 Northern European companies of tourism, maritime economy as well as municipal administration trust in our products. In addition to large and small hotel businesses, our customers include shipping companies, port operations and brokers, marinas and yacht harbors in Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands, as well as offices and administrations in M-V and Schleswig Holstein. More than 20 highly qualified employees work in the heart of Rostock at the Baltic Sea on the development and distribution of our products and services. The team always includes trainees, because promoting young talent is particularly close to our hearts.
In addition to the development of individual software solutions, DATEN + DIENSTE focuses on special software for the hotel industry (PMS + cash registers), for shipping, municipalities and marinas. Based on a mixture of our own and third-party products, we offer complex system solutions. One third of our staff is exclusively involved in software development.
Our product range includes analysis and conceptual design for software and hardware applications as well as the setup of IT networks, consulting, installation, optimization and maintenance. Likewise, the name DATEN + DIENSTE stands for know-how and special applications in the field of databases and internet-based web applications.

We are your contact for the implementation of ASA projects and can draw on over 20 years of experience in the PMS sector. Our employees come from the industry, know the challenges and speak your language. From consulting to data migration, installations including hardware and training as well as support, you get everything from a single source.

Support
Do problems or questions suddenly arise? We help you and your IT support in emergencies. We operate a ticket system around the clock and can also be reached by phone during the day. Close cooperation with ASA and other partners ensures that you can be helped quickly.

Interfaces
The arrangement and implementation of interfaces is also part of our activities. We develop, configure and operate interfaces to cash register systems, channel managers, spa card systems, access systems, accounting systems, etc.
Cash register systems
One of the most important and powerful connections to a PMS like ASA HOTEL is the POS system. You can get the products from MS POS (UnTill) from us, we know them from daily work, but we can also connect almost all other manufacturers to ASA.
