Multi-Property Businesses
Distributed hotel locations merge with ASA HOTEL to form a single strategic unit—with either a shared guest database or a shared room plan, depending on the specific setup.
Whether it’s standalone hotels with a shared guest database or closely integrated properties with a shared room plan, ASA HOTEL offers the right multi-property model for every strategic approach.
This allows the front office and hotel management to maintain an overview of all locations—with cross-property analytics and flexibly managed interfaces.
Separately managed properties access a central guest database—for a better guest experience, targeted marketing, and faster check-ins.
Closely integrated operations work together across companies using a single room plan —for optimal capacity utilization and a quick overview of the entire operation.
Key figures and reports can be generated on a per-company basis or across all companies for the entire group.
In this version, the hotels are managed as independent properties. Employees can easily switch from one property to another using their respective user rights. Interfaces—such as those to online portals—are set up and managed separately for each property. All properties can (but are not required to) use the same central guest database.
› Enhanced guest experience —a shared understanding of needs and preferences.
› Effective marketing —targeted campaigns for specific guest groups.
› Greater efficiency —faster check-ins, since guest information is already on file.
› Cost savings – coordinated marketing and sales campaigns.
"ASA HOTEL has been supporting us for many years in managing and marketing our hotels, even those in remote locations. We appreciate the centralized control this provides, while at the same time being able to delegate tasks to the various locations." Jonas Mairhofer, Alpine Spa Resorts

If the facilities are closely linked, it is possible to work with a single, shared floor plan across all facilities. All rooms at all facilities are visible on a single floor plan. Analyses, key metrics, and reports can be generated either by facility or for all facilities combined. Interfaces can be used either jointly or separately.
› Improved capacity utilization – filling booking gaps across operations.
› Overview – Centrally manage reservations for all locations.
› Flexible analyses —by company or for the entire group.

Whether for a single property or the entire group: Key metrics such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, as well as revenue, can be generated on a per-property basis or across properties if they are closely linked. This provides hotel management with a quick, comprehensive overview of all properties.
Dashboards provide the most important KPIs; flexible reports can also be exported in tabular form for further processing.

Employees can easily switch from one location to another while retaining their respective user permissions. Roles and access rights are managed centrally and in a granular manner—each person sees exactly what they need to perform their tasks.
This ensures security, clear lines of responsibility, and efficient processes across all locations.

Depending on the multi-property model, interfaces—such as those to online portals, channel managers, or payment systems—can be set up and managed either collectively for the group or separately for each property.
This allows the system to adapt precisely to your organizational structure—from a standalone business to a closely integrated group of companies. Through the ASA Marketplace, you can connect hundreds of software solutions.
"There are numerous interfaces with other programs, which simplifies collaboration and system integration." Klaus Promberger, AMA Stay

The shared guest database serves as the foundation for centralized marketing: Targeted campaigns reach specific guest groups across all properties—from newsletters to direct mail.
By consolidating marketing and sales activities, costs are reduced while the messaging becomes more personalized and relevant.
