A proven concept, reimagined.
In January 2024, the web upgrade was automatically rolled out to all customers, introducing a new and intuitive user interface for use on tablets, smartphones, or PCs. But don’t worry: Nothing will change for now! You have complete freedom to decide. Only after activation by your ASA expert can each individual user choose their own user interface (old or new) and switch between them at any time. Everything is possible—nothing is required.
What makes this special is that all data, functions, and program logic remain intact. You don't have to switch software, but with the web upgrade, you get a new and modern user interface. Making the leap to the web has never been easier.

New, clean design
To make ASA HOTEL even easier and more intuitive to use, the entire interface has been redesigned, though it remains essentially the same at its core. This allows every user to work from anywhere, on any device, and with any web browser.
On-premises or native cloud
ASA HOTEL can either remain installed locally as before or, alternatively, can now be used as a native cloud application hosted in a data center within the EU.
New Dashboards
All data at a glance. Whether you’re at the front desk or in management—with the new dashboards, you’ll see all the information you need at a glance the moment you log in to the software. This makes your daily work even more organized and hotel management even more data-driven.
The Floor Plan
The core of ASA HOTEL has also been redesigned. It’s now even easier to understand and more intuitive, and comes with many new features. This provides a better overview of check-ins, check-outs, and tasks, as well as the ability to view the room plan on a smartphone or tablet.
