Course program:
Unit - Module 1: General information and basics, program structure, address management (guests and companies), room plan, reservations (basic)
on February 24 from 9 a.m. | Duration 2 hours + Q&A session
Each participant receives 30 days of demo access to ASA Hotel review and practice.
After each unit, there is a question and answer session and an exercise program available for download.
