Course Schedule:
Unit - Module 2: Reservations (Advanced), Quote Management, Services, Guest Correspondence, Daily Reports, Deposits
on February 25 starting at 9 a.m. | Duration: 2 hours + Q&A session
Each participant will receive a 30-day trial subscription to ASA Hotel for follow-up work and practice.
After each session, there is a Q&A session and a workout program available for download.
