ONLINE Basic Course: ASA HOTEL Hotel Software
In this course, you will learn the basic functions of the ASA-Hotel software and how to use its core features: guest directory, processing inquiries/registrations and reservations/billing, reports, and basic analyses. Proper handling of guest data and privacy. Contents: Symbols and icons, navigating the room layout and guest directory using the mouse and keyboard shortcuts, entering addresses and searching by ZIP code, targeted use of address groups, note fields in reservations: guest information, requests, and requirements for room service, dining room, daily activities, electronic guest check-in, entering extras, billing and check-out, room check-out and monthly reports, various reports for booking channels, advertising campaigns, media, and partners, avoiding reporting errors.
