Inpartnership with europacco, an online service provider based in Bolzano that specializes in package pickups and deliveries, ASA HOTEL offers you—and your forgetful guests—an efficient and cost-effective lost-and-found service. With the new automatic ASA update, packages and documents can be shipped quickly and easily. With just one click in ASA HOTEL, all address information for the guest and the hotel is already pre-filled in the shipping portal, and the package can be shipped immediately.
The hotel decides who pays
Notonly can you specify when the package should be picked up, but you can also choose whether your hotel or the guest will cover the shipping costs. If the guest is responsible for the shipping costs, they will automatically receive an email with a payment link. As soon as the guest has paid the outstanding amount, you will receive the shipping label, and the package will be picked up directly from your hotel by a courier service and delivered to the guest. You can track the status of the package shipment in real time.
