Since our founding in Bruneck in 1997, we have focused our business on the Ho.Re.Ca. sector by offering comprehensive pre-sales consulting in conjunction with software solutions. Our main goal is to meet the needs of our customers.
The software solutions we offer for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector include:
- Hotel Management Software (PMS)
- Integrated communication software and channel managers that work seamlessly with the hotel software.
- Point-of-sale systems (touchscreens, handheld devices, kiosks, online ordering, etc.)

Implementation
ASA HOTEL is a highly specialized, professional software solution for the hospitality industry that enables a customized ecosystem through its numerous modules. During the consulting process, the business’s operations and existing tech stack are identified. Based on this, the appropriate modules and systems for the business are selected and implemented.
Continuing Education
One of the main focuses of our work is customized training, which is conducted partly at the customer’s premises and partly in person. The customer has the choice.
Support
Providing technical and operational support is an essential part of our work philosophy at ERREEMME. Specifically for operational control centers such as ASA HOTEL, we offer a help desk service that is available both during regular business hours and outside of normal business hours—including weekends and holidays—to handle emergencies.
