We’ll be at the “Alles für den Gast” trade show at the Salzburg Exhibition Center again this year.
From Saturday, November 7, through Tuesday, November 10, 2026, our partners will be on site to demonstrate how ASA HOTEL simplifies day-to-day operations at the front desk and in the back office.
Experience ASA Gerry Live: The AI Assistant Right at ASA HOTEL
In Salzburg, our partners at ASA are demonstrating ASA Gerry, the new AI chatbot at ASA HOTEL. Instead of clicking through menus and forms, you simply tell ASA Gerry what you need in your own words, such as “Show me all today’s arrivals” or “Check in to room 204.”
ASA Gerry handles tasks directly within the software: searching for and modifying reservations, checking guests in and out, recording payments, or updating room status. If you have questions about how to use the system, he explains step by step how things work, based on the articles in the ASA Help Center. Both of these functions are handled during the same conversation.
Security is the top priority: ASA Gerry does not make any changes without confirmation and always operates within the user permissions of the respective person.
ASA Gerry will be available to customers in ASA HOTEL throughout 2027. At the trade show, you’ll already have the opportunity to test it out in person and ask our partners questions directly.
