Easy system change
The NIDUM on the Seefeld Plateau in Austria is a casual luxury hotel with 57 rooms. Since December 2016, a young team has been welcoming guests there with a comprehensive wellness offering and exquisite cuisine in three restaurant areas. In April 2019, General Manager Maximilian Pinzger decided to switch systems to ASA. "We are a year-round operation. Accordingly, we had little time to switch to a new system," says Pinzger. However, the initial fear that there would not be enough time during the company vacations proved to be unfounded. Within a few days, ASA HOTEL was installed and put into operation.
