Easy system change
The NIDUM, located on the Seefeld Plateau in Austria, is a casual luxury hotel with 57 rooms. Since December 2016, a young team has been welcoming guests there with a comprehensive wellness program and exquisite cuisine in three dining areas. In April 2019, General Manager Maximilian Pinzger decided to switch to the ASA system. “We’re open year-round. As a result, we had very little time to switch to a new system,” said Pinzger. However, the initial concern that the time during the hotel’s seasonal closure wouldn’t be enough proved unfounded. ASA HOTEL was installed and put into operation within just a few days.

In addition to personalized service, ease of use plays a major role in day-to-day hotel operations. “ASA HOTEL is probably the simplest system on the market,” says Maximilian Pinzger. “It often takes fewer steps than other systems.” The hotel staff benefits most from the simple structure, but ultimately so does the guest, who can check in and out in just a few minutes.
